




**PROGRAM CONTROL MANAGER** Education: Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer) Proficiency in English **Primary Job Objective: Ensure that all aspects of project planning and scheduling are carried out efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and optimal resource utilization; likewise, ensure coordination and communication between construction and project management teams to meet time, cost, scope, and quality requirements.** **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring all activities align with project objectives. * Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to planning to ensure compliance with established schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate with other functional departments (engineering, finance, procurement, legal, environmental, etc.) to ensure integration of all necessary processes during project execution. * Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time and resources across the construction program (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Costs and Budgets, and Construction Control) for continuous evaluation of project status at each phase. * Identify potential planning risks and propose solutions to mitigate them. * Ensure proper documentation of all planning and scheduling processes. **Competencies:** * Project and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) * Project Management (Project Management Professional – PMP) * Risk and Opportunity Management * Contract and Public/Private Tender Management * Environmental and construction regulations * Leadership and effective communication * Results orientation and strong oral and written communication skills **Benefits:** * Comprehensive Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance Bonuses * Performance Bonus
