IT WILL DEPEND ON THE WORK PROPOSAL AND EXPERIENCE.** We are an emerging software development company focused on Hospital Pharmacy solutions, aimed at optimizing medication management, traceability, and workflow in compliance with health regulations. The system will be technically complex on the backend; therefore, we seek a frontend developer capable of transforming that complexity into an intuitive, clear, and easy-to-use experience requiring minimal training for operational staff. We prioritize user experience, logical workflows, and operational simplicity. Responsibilities: \- Design and develop SPA applications for communication with REST APIs, delivering modern, clean, and intuitive interfaces. \- Translate complex processes into simple user workflows. \- Propose improvements in user experience (UX) and usability. \- Design clear dashboards, operational modules, and navigation systems. \- Implement secure file upload workflows (PDF, signed XML). \- Optimize loading times and visual performance. Technical Requirements: \- Proven experience as a frontend developer. \- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \- Experience in user-centered design (UX/UI). \- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks, with ability to create functional interfaces for complex systems, including implementation experience with Typeahead/Searchable Select. \- Experience handling secure sessions and JWT. \- Experience integrating frontend with backend via asynchronous API consumption. \- Experience with version control (Git). \- Portfolio of previous projects.
