Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to plan, supervise, and optimize daily operations, coordinate personnel, and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, organize, and supervise daily and weekly production 2. Optimize material usage and reduce waste 3. Train staff and coordinate basic machinery maintenance **DEPARTMENT: Production** REQUIREMENTS: \- Industrial, Agricultural Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related degree. \- Minimum 2 years of production-related work experience. \- Gender: Not specified. \- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills. \- Punctuality, cleanliness, and orderliness. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Plan and organize daily and weekly production according to orders. \- Directly supervise and support operational activities. \- Coordinate operational staff across different departments. \- Verify in-process and finished product quality. \- Manage raw material and supply inventories. \- Optimize material usage and reduce waste. \- Handle urgent or special orders. \- Resolve operational issues in real time. \- Coordinate basic machinery and equipment maintenance. \- Train staff on production processes. \- Report progress and requirements to management. \- Support procurement of materials and supplier selection. \- Implement process improvements. \- Receive purchase order sheets to incorporate into the production plans for subcontracting, metalworking, and sewing departments, and distribute purchase order sheets to respective departments to coordinate production. \- Schedule store orders and manage stock levels to ensure fulfillment. \- Calculate raw material requirements for manufacturing. \- Submit material requisitions to the IT department to request missing materials for subcontracted production. \- Work on production standardization. \- Perform material breakdowns. \- Calculate, estimate, and control production costs (raw materials, labor, indirect expenses) per project or product.
