We are a great team and would be delighted to have you join us! **None** -------- **Objective:** * Manage quality, planning, development, coordination, and monitoring of all supplier activities for heat treatment and steel suppliers, from nomination through to start of production, in accordance with group guidelines and specific customer requirements, aiming to reduce quality costs attributable to poor supplier performance. * Ensure successful program launches. * Manage the APQP process with external suppliers. * Ensure all new components meet specifications and that the supplier's process is capable of delivering parts for series production. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for project management and development of new external components, from project nomination to an external supplier until the component is released for series production. * Ensure smooth functioning of development interfaces; purchasing, project leader, quality management, and external supplier. * Manage and monitor the defined supplier's quality planning for the component. Guarantee that the supplier understands and implements tkP requirements through Process Readiness Audit (PRA) audits. * Analyze and resolve quality issues related to external suppliers during the component development phase and establish appropriate measures for continuous improvement. * Develop potential suppliers. * Provide technical support to series production when required. * Ensure continuous improvement and management of our supplier base as the technical and quality representative in the manufacturing process of the relevant commodity. * Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and quality departments to support new program launches. * Conduct initial process validation and process readiness audits at the external supplier. * Continuous improvement of product and manufacturing processes. **None** -------- Education: * University degree in metallurgical engineering, materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related field. * Experience: + Manufacturing engineering or quality engineering. + Experience using and implementing quality tools.
