Job Summary: Supports the preparation and maintenance of flowers and plants, assists in creating floral arrangements, and ensures cleanliness of the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Receives, cleans, and conditions flowers and plants. 2. Assists the florist in assembling bouquets and floral arrangements. 3. Keeps the work area and tools clean and organized. **\*Production Assistant\*** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Care and Conditioning:** Receive, clean, trim, and condition flowers and plants; change water and maintain the cold chain. * **Production Support:** Prepare bases, supports, floral foam (oasis), cut stems, and assist the florist in assembling bouquets and floral arrangements. * **Maintenance:** Keep the work area, tools, and displays clean and organized. * **Logistics:** Assist with packaging and, occasionally, delivery of arrangements. * Full-time \- Schedule: 10:00 am \- 6:00 pm. 1-hour lunch break; employees must bring their own lunch. * Monthly salary: $9,451\.20 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Attention to detail * Transportation assistance
