Company dedicated to manufacturing plastic bags is seeking: Production Assistant **What you will do in the position The selected candidate will provide direct support in the production process, ensuring that production lines operate correctly. Main responsibilities include: Basic operation and assistance with extrusion machinery Monitoring production orders during the shift Recording production data and controlling waste General tasks within the production floor No previous experience required; we provide training from scratch. * Desired Profile Minimum education: High school Must be over 18 years old Availability to rotate shifts Willingness to learn, consistency, and responsibility Preferably live near Chipilo or be able to commute without difficulty * Schedule and Work Mode 100% onsite work at the plant. Shifts: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Includes break time) * Compensation Approximate monthly salary: $10,000 to $12,000 Mexican pesos gross per month Statutory benefits ⚠ Important Note Before submitting your application, please verify that the location is within a maximum 30-minute commute, as punctual arrival is essential for this position.
