Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and cooking meals, hygienic handling of food, cleaning the work area, including assistance in receiving and storing supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and cooking of meals for diners 2. Hygienic handling of food and cleaning of the work area 3. Assistance in receiving and storing raw materials Carrying out production, mise en place, meal preparation, and cooking to serve diners; hygienic handling of food; order fulfillment; general cleaning of the work area; handling of PEPs; assisting in receiving supplies; storing raw materials.
