Development of teamwork and attention-to-detail skills **Job Objective** Support operational activities, including dough preparation for flour tortillas, machinery cleaning, product packaging, production recordkeeping, and point-of-sale customer service, ensuring quality, organization, and efficiency in all processes. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of dough for flour tortillas. * Basic operation and cleaning of machinery. * Packaging and labeling of finished products. * Daily production recordkeeping. * Support in dispatch and in-store customer service. * Organization and cleaning of the work area. * Support in packaging other products manufactured by Su Canasta. **Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Comply with quality and hygiene standards. * Accurately record daily production. * Provide timely and appropriate support for all assigned tasks. * Ensure proper use of tools and machinery. **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school (minimum). * Experience: Not mandatory (preferred in production or food industry). * Availability for operational work. * Good physical condition. **Skills** * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Speed and efficiency. * Attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude.
