Operate and supervise flexographic printing machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production of printed materials, in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines established by the company. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare, adjust, and operate flexographic printing machines. * Mount printing plates, inks, and substrates according to work orders. * Verify registration, color, and print quality during the process. * Conduct print tests and necessary adjustments to achieve required results. * Monitor proper equipment operation and report malfunctions or preventive maintenance needs. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Comply with established quality, safety, and hygiene procedures. * Record production parameters and report progress or incidents. * Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse departments to ensure process continuity. **Position Profile:** **Education:** Completed secondary education or technical high school (preferably with specialization in graphic arts or industrial processes). **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years operating flexographic or similar printing machines.
