**Position Objective**
Ensure efficient incubator operation (technical, sanitary, and production) through effective leadership of a team of more than 40 people, guaranteeing operational discipline, clarity in decision-making, and a stable, productive, and aligned work environment. Achieve high hatchability rates, chick quality, and operational efficiency.
**Main Responsibilities**
**1\. Incubator Operation**
\- Supervise and ensure proper incubation, transfer, and hatching processes.
\- Maintain critical parameters (temperature, humidity, ventilation, egg turning).
\- Validate chick quality.
\- Coordinate workflow from egg receipt to delivery.
**2\. Fertile Egg Inventory Control**
\- Perform daily tracking of inventory inflows and outflows.
\- Ensure FIFO rotation.
\- Validate storage conditions.
\- Reconcile physical inventory with records.
\- Identify deviations.
**3\. Batch Scheduling and Control**
\- Coordinate batches according to schedule.
\- Ensure correct distribution.
\- Validate loading and unloading times.
\- Align with production planning.
\- Prevent overloading.
**4\. Candling and Embryonic Monitoring**
\- Supervise candling execution.
\- Analyze results.
\- Detect deviations.
\- Generate reports.
**5\. Vaccine Handling**
\- Control inventory.
\- Ensure proper preparation and administration.
\- Supervise cold chain integrity.
\- Guarantee secure storage.
\- Prevent losses.
**6\. Biosecurity and Sanitation**
\- Enforce cleaning protocols.

\- Supervise sanitation procedures.

**Position Profile**
· **Education:** Degree in Animal Production Engineering, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, or Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering (provided relevant experience in personnel and production process management is demonstrated).
· **Experience:** 3–5 years in hatcheries or poultry production, including operational personnel management (minimum 20 people), and knowledge of incubation, biosecurity, and process control.
