Job Responsibilities Administration and coordination of a team of at least 80 people. Development and implementation of talent attraction strategies for promotional staff in retail stores nationwide. Experience in local and out-of-town retail stores. Intermediate payroll processing skills. Onboarding of new employees. Creation of strategies to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.
