This position is for industrial plant improvement project development, involving growth from mechanical design through implementation to project management. Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with suppliers and developing field projects is required. Software proficiency: Inventor / SolidWorks (decisive). Minimum 3 years of experience using such software. Ability to interpret and generate mechanical drawings. Fieldwork. Supplier interaction and schedule management. **Growth based on soft skills: - Project handling and tracking. - Supplier development. - Direct client interaction. - Plant operations.
