**Job Objective:** Ensure the company's supply inventory through periodic reviews that guarantee optimal control of incoming and outgoing movements in the Enterprise Administration System (SAE). **Main Responsibilities:** * Comply with and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, as well as Good Storage and Distribution Practices, in both personal activities and those performed by staff. * Coordinate warehouse staff activities related to identification, handling, and storage of various supplies and materials within warehouses. * Ensure all material receipts and issuances are accurately recorded in SAE to maintain a reliable inventory. * Coordinate the picking and dispatch of supplies and materials to requesting departments. * Coordinate warehouse cleaning and proper maintenance activities. * Comply with Good Documentation Practices. * Promptly identify and report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor to prevent recurrence. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Ability to work effectively in a team * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience using electronic inventory systems such as SAE, RMP, or similar * Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting * Experience operating forklifts * Proficiency in computer use (Windows, Office, Internet) * Mathematical aptitude * Knowledge of warehouse management **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. **Work Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry. **Location:** * Las Palmas Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, N.
