We are currently seeking new talent — join our team as a:
**PAINT COLOR MATCHER**
**Job Objective:**
To formulate pigmented products according to the customer-specified color, applying appropriate color matching techniques, and meeting established timelines and quality standards.
**Main Responsibilities:**
· Provide production assistants with formulas specifying quantities and types of raw materials required for product formulation, and generate the production sheet.
· Produce pigments using color standards, whether provided by the customer (physical sample), Pantone references, or commercial color catalogs.
· Submit retained product samples—previously identified with necessary data—to the quality control laboratory along with the production sheet.
· Await laboratory results for product approval or adjustment; upon approval, collect the production sheet stamped as approved.
· If required, perform necessary pigment adjustments based on laboratory instructions, then submit a new adjusted sample for analysis.
· Package the pigmented material according to the requested presentation.
· Request product identification labels from the production assistant, as well as the approval label from the quality control laboratory, and affix both to the packages.
· Record on the production sheet the packaged quantity, weight, packaging used, and time-related records for documentation purposes.
· Deliver finished products to the PT department.
**Requirements:**
· Completed secondary education
· Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions
· Availability to work rotating shifts (1st shift: Monday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM; 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–9:00 PM, and Saturday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; 3rd shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM)
