




Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to provide assistance and support in enabling technological services for users, managing incidents and requests with advanced technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for remote and on-site users 2. Active Directory management and ticketing tools 3. Network infrastructure (Cisco) and virtualization management We are looking for an Engineer capable of providing assistance and support to enable technological services for users. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Availability to address any incident occurring outside these hours. Availability to work occasional Saturdays. Work Location: 100% on-site: Los Reyes Acaquilpan, La Paz Municipality, State of Mexico. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Systems, Communications and Networks, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT support. Residence no more than 1 hour from the workplace. Punctuality Immediate availability EXPERIENCE IN: Technical user support, incident and request handling remotely and on-site. Use of a ticketing tool. Active Directory IT equipment inventory management. Inventory movements. Scheduled maintenance and service for PCs and laptops. Virtual machine creation. VPN creation. Pivot tables. ISO image loading. macOS operating system. Configuration of Cisco routers and switches. CRM usage (SAP, NetSuite, etc). Coordination of hardware maintenance activities through external vendors.
