




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and product administration and validation 2. Warehouse staff and shipment coordination 3. Supervision of safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in operations **Education:** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Administration. **Experience in:** GMP implementation, PEP management, inventory control, operational staff supervision, product scanning. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage product inbound and outbound logistics Validate daily inventories Coordinate shipments, including loading and unloading operations Supervise, plan, direct, and control supply chain operational activities. Supervise and validate product receipt Validate product and storage chamber temperatures Supervise and coordinate the shipping process Validate losses and write-offs Ensure all warehouse operations and activities comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Coordinate warehouse personnel (supervisors and warehouse assistants) Follow up on internal and external audits **Work Location:** Central de Abastos, Iztapalapa, CDMX **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM **Salary:** $22,000.00 to $20,000.00 Statutory benefits **Additional Benefits:** 13% savings fund, food vouchers, punctuality bonus.
