Job Summary: Plan and optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and goal achievement, guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency through KPI monitoring. Track new projects/products. **Job Objective** * Plan and optimize production processes to ensure adherence to timelines, resource availability, and objectives, guaranteeing quality, safety, and efficiency through KPI monitoring. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the production plan. * Ensure on-time and complete fulfillment of the production schedule. * Efficiently manage material and human resources. * Monitor performance using KPIs. * Track work orders and ensure system closure. * Ensure traceability of finished products. * Establish priorities and delivery dates. * Control inventory levels and minimum stock. * Coordinate production line balancing. * Drive improvements in production timelines and processes. * Track new projects/products. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of KPIs and productivity. * ISO 9001:2015 knowledge is desirable. * Experience managing personnel. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
