Supervise personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations Job Description: MAINTENANCE MANAGER A leading agrochemical company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join its team. Location Near La Paz metro station Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 We Offer · Statutory benefits · Competitive salary of $14,000 to $17,000 per month, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities 1 Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities 2 Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production equipment. 3 Supervise operation and maintenance of pumps, mills, compressors, blowers, motors, and electrical panels. 4 Ensure proper operation of the plant’s electrical substation and power distribution system. 5 Coordinate repair, fabrication, and adjustment work in the workshop (welding, lathe, modifications) 6 Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance. 7 Supervise maintenance personnel and assign work orders. 8 Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industrial safety regulations. Required Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field · Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position · Personnel management experience · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude Technical Knowledge: 1 Industrial mechanics applied to pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical seals 2 Industrial electricity: three-phase motors, electrical panels, contactors, thermal relays, and interpretation of electrical diagrams 3 Operation and maintenance of industrial mills (bead mills, NETZSCH mills, hammer mills, and classifiers) 4 Maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air systems 5 Knowledge of electrical substations and in-plant power distribution 6 Operation of process equipment such as reaction towers, agitators, and production lines 7 Welding, lathe operation, and fabrication of replacement parts for equipment repair 8 Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance, and spare parts control Workplace: On-site employment Salary: $14,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
