Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Manager to develop and execute technological strategies, manage information platforms and databases, and supervise IT projects and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure information protection and confidentiality ***SYSTEMS MANAGER*** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and execute technological strategies. * Implement tools for information protection and ensure confidentiality of company data. * Manage a robust, homogeneous, integrated, documented, and scalable institutional information systems platform. * Manage an integrated, consistent, reliable, robust, secure, modeled, and documented database system. * Prepare the department’s work plan with a management-oriented approach. * Propose, implement, and monitor best practices in systems administration. \* * Ensure successful implementation of systems projects (scope, time, cost). * Supervise personnel and activities under their responsibility. (Assign tasks and projects; periodically evaluate progress of assignments; verify that assignments are completed on established dates, complying with standards and procedures.) * Plan, organize, and control implementation of information systems. * Organize projects considering users’ IT needs and available resources. * Evaluate project progress and ensure adherence to company-established controls and standards. * Coordinate with external consultants for project development and implementation. * Manage security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and prevention, fire detection and suppression). * Administer application servers, voice and data networks. * Coordinate and supervise the IT and systems team to ensure proper system operation. * Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the company’s IT processes. * Protect the security of software and application installations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient integration of information systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions as IT Systems Manager. * On-site work at the Iztapalapa Borough Office. **BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers: 14% * Transportation allowance * Punctuality bonus * Life insurance * Mobile phone * Bonuses Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,400.00 – $28,500.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Life insurance * Company mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
