




**Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure the proper execution of the alternative fuel production program and resolve various operational issues by allocating available resources to address them timely and effectively, while consistently promoting a harmonious and safe working environment. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Manage assigned personnel, promoting CEMEX's mission, vision, and values. * Analyze and solve actual and potential machinery problems at the plant. * Comply with established procedures in IMS operational procedures, work instructions, and specific task descriptions for each activity within the role profile and other assigned tasks. This includes: reporting incidents and near misses, stopping work, and warning personnel who are placing themselves at risk during activities. * Responsible for verifying that all personnel (direct and indirect) under supervision work under safe conditions. * Responsible for conducting risk assessments for personnel activities. * Manage the plant profile in the Watze tool, delivering the service offered to customers. * Focus efforts on improving the disposal service provided and increasing substitution of fuels and raw materials. **Position Challenges** -------------------- * Maintain operational continuity regarding safety, health, and environmental matters. * Achieve company objectives through innovation in practices and processes. * Encourage participation from work teams. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Industrial Engineering or related field * Basic/intermediate English Required Experience: * 2 to 3 years of experience managing personnel. Required Knowledge: * Intermediate Office software skills * SAP * Logistics * Knowledge of regulations regarding hazardous waste management.
