DRiV is the aftermarket business group of Tenneco \- DRiV website **Reports to:** **Logistics \& Materials Manager** ===================================================== **Scope:** ============ Control International Trade Operations for DRiV Los Reyes, DRiV Inc., ensuring compliance with Customs regulations, rules and laws applicable to the import and export of goods, promoting Foreign Trade Promotion in tax, customs and tax matters. In addition, manage logistics for special cases, benefiting from government trade regime strategies. **Authority:** * Has the authority to schedule dates and authorize payment of customs entries, assign the Customs Entry Code to be used, define the amount of Scrap and MP nearing expiration to permanently import current Temporary Balances for CR. Grant, in customs terms, a Technical/Commercial Name and its respective Tariff Fraction to various Components, Raw Materials, Assemblies, Semi\-Finished and Finished Products; in the issuance of CO decide whether or not to grant tariff preference to products sold to various Customers, and determine whether or not to use any of the benefits offered by programs, certifications and permits held by DRiV RAIMSA Los Reyes. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Control imports and exports to ensure compliance at customs. * Administer the IMMEX program for its proper use. Review inventory annex 24 in order to control temporary balances. * Review CCCyG discharges annex 31 for reporting to SAT. * Analyze origin determinations and issue Country of Origin certificates. * Manage electronic and physical customs entry files, thus mitigating audits by authorities. * Execute special operations and customs procedures to prevent holding goods at international entry and exit ports. * Develop instructions for customs agents to execute according to our needs. * Interpret information for tariff classification of goods. * Schedule, coordinate and manage the importation of AF due to IMMEX. * Reconcile requirements from customs agencies for shipment release by providing necessary information and documents, certificates of origin, classification by NP, import regime, etc.
