At **Moctezuma**, we are a leading company in the construction industry in Mexico, with a long history of excellence, committed to environmental stewardship and continuous innovation. **We invite you to join our team as a Mechanical Operator.** **Objective:** Perform mechanical maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities at cement plants, complying with the corporation's Safety, Health, and Environmental standards. **Responsibilities:** · Execute preventive maintenance program tasks and promptly report any anomalies detected. · Conduct routine inspections of equipment. · Carry out corrective maintenance according to needs and scheduled activities. · Understand the environmental aspects and impacts associated with performing their duties to maintain operational control and minimize environmental impact. · Ensure implementation of action plans for deviations identified during internal and external audits (Integrated Management System). **Requirements:** · Academic background: Mechanical Engineering or Technical Mechanical Program or related field. · Prior experience: 3 years in a similar position involving mechanical maintenance. · Specific knowledge: Mechanical, hydraulic, sheet metal, and industrial maintenance knowledge. · Other requirements: Availability to rotate shifts. · **The project will last approximately 1 year, with possibility of permanence.** Job type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 12 months Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
