Job Summary: This role involves ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and shipment handling to guarantee timely material delivery and warehouse inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of documentation and shipment handling 2. Ensuring inventory control and material receipt 3. Performing loading, unloading, and arrangement of materials Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree in Logistics or Administration (incomplete degrees accepted) or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially data entry and validation, and data handling. Knowledge of inventory systems and software. Familiarity with 5S methodology. Good documentation practices. Forklift operation experience. Willingness to travel (field work). Responsibilities: Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and shipment handling for all shipments. Guarantee timely delivery of local and foreign materials according to scheduled timelines. Maintain accurate daily inventory control for the general warehouse. Correctly scan equipment serial numbers during warehouse inbound and outbound processes. Perform loading, unloading, and arrangement of materials, equipment, and supplies. Properly pack materials and maintain organization of assigned work area. Safeguard received products and supplies. We Offer: Gross Monthly Salary: $10,000 Food Vouchers: $1,426.48 Life Insurance.
