**Date:** Oct 2, 2025 **Location:** Mexico, Mexico City **Company:** deloittemx **What is the day-to-day of the position?** As a Project Management Officer (PMO) Supervisor or Accounting and Finance Supervisor, you will oversee a team focused on executing key tasks within projects for multinational clients, especially in the area of statutory compliance, reporting directly to your manager and the project leader. You will apply your expertise to identify risks and keep them visible, avoiding negative impacts on project success. You will participate in identifying improvement areas, defining and executing action plans to optimize clients' internal processes. You will gather functional and technical requirements aimed at process automation and continuous improvement. You will identify, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and processes that contribute to achieving project organizational objectives and Deloitte's methodologies. You will develop trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their operations and strategic goals to identify opportunities for new services, both locally and regionally. You will collaborate with Deloitte network offices in LATAM, the United States, and the United Kingdom for coordinated management of multinational client projects, ensuring global alignment and excellence in delivery. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment alongside diverse teams bringing different perspectives, specialties, and knowledge.
