Feedback for process improvement Customer Service City: HIDALGO Publication Date: Apr 2, 2026 Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Description: **CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT** **Position Objective** Timely and proper handling of assigned Service Reports by conducting daily reviews of each report to address customer requirements using available management tools, thereby delivering satisfactory responses to customer requests. **Job Functions or Activities** Report services entering Shipment Control by performing daily scans of shipments, supported by visit label and control information, through the shipment management system CRM\-SOLUCIONA, to evaluate and manage customer service and support. Provide operational feedback regarding process deviations. Execute timely customer calls for shipments entered into Shipment Control, following the daily shipment coordination and customer calling process, to evaluate and manage customer service and support. Provide operational feedback regarding process deviations. Generate shipping records where required, by tracking shipping incidents according to operational cycle procedures, to promptly notify and coordinate shipments. Requirements * Minimum Education: High School / Technical Degree. * Work Experience: More than 6 months. * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge. * Performance indicator tracking.
