He/she is responsible for directing, controlling, and monitoring fieldwork at the construction site. He/she ensures that activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations, and established quality standards, guaranteeing efficient project progress. ·Daily supervision of on-site work to verify compliance with specified requirements. ·Coordination of on-site construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. ·Verification of proper application of materials and construction techniques. ·Reporting of progress, incidents, and site requirements to the site resident or project coordinator. ·Monitoring adherence to the activity schedule. ·Preparation of daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and reports on resources used.
