Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Engineer to perform preventive/corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and technical support for computer equipment and networks. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse tasks involving hardware, software, and networks IMPORTANT: MEXICAN TECHNICAL SUPPORT COMPANY SEEKING A SERVICE ENGINEER EXPERIENCE: Preventive/corrective maintenance of computer equipment (minimum 1 year) Hardware/software activities Fault diagnosis on equipment (PCs, laptops) Installation/configuration of multifunction devices User/customer support Networking experience (punch-down, structured cabling, installation of switches, routers, nodes, IP networks) On-site and remote support Field work (local and out-of-town) REQUIREMENTS: Minimum high school diploma (Bachillerato) Valid documentation Experience in similar positions (minimum 1 year preferred).
