Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain.**Job Responsibilities:** **Position Objective:** Responsible for planning and managing automation projects, ensuring successful implementation in technical validation along with achievement of KPIs, budget control, and generation of technical\-administrative documentation. Focused on project planning, management, and tracking, guaranteeing technical deliverables validation through collaboration with specialists. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of management methodologies (APQP, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, ISO/TS, AMEF, Control Plan). * Time, resource, development, and coordination planning for project implementation (timing). * Use of planning and documentation tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel). * Sufficient comprehension level to coordinate technical specialists (PLC, Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical Design, etc.). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in industrial automation project management and coordination (assembly lines, machining, and/or integrations). **Skills:** * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic planning and project management. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Organization and time management. * Goal-oriented work. * Analytical thinking focused on problem solving. **Requirements:** * Experience in industrial automation project management and coordination (assembly lines, machining, and/or integrations). * Management of KPIs, budgets, and technical\-administrative documentation. * Basic technical knowledge for supervision of deliverables. \[PLC, Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, etc.] * Minimum 2 years of tenure with the company. * English B2\. * Clean Kardex record. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related field, with professional title and license. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
