Safety Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a Safety Supervisor or Safety Technician with experience in construction projects to ensure regulatory compliance and comprehensive safety management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and enforcement of on-site safety regulations. 2. Preparation and monitoring of risk assessments and work permits. 3. Conducting safety training and verifying proper use of PPE. ***Requirements*** * Technical degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience** as a Safety Supervisor or Safety Technician on construction sites. * Knowledge of applicable safety regulations. * Experience with work permits, energy control (LOTO), working at heights, and confined space operations. * Proficiency in safety documentation, accident investigation, and reporting. * Ability to deliver training courses and address work teams effectively. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ***Responsibilities:*** * Supervise on-site compliance with safety regulations. * Prepare, update, and monitor risk assessments, work permits, and checklists. * Deliver safety inductions, training sessions, and daily toolbox talks (5-minute safety talks). * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, implement corrective actions, and track their resolution. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Document incident, accident, and near-miss reports, including root cause investigations. * Review special work permits: hot work, working at heights, lifting operations, confined spaces, electrical work, and excavation. * Support implementation of signage, order, and cleanliness (5S) on site. * Ensure compliance with client requirements and field safety audits. * Coordinate with supervisors across disciplines to ensure safe project progress. ***We Offer:*** * Weekly salary * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $5,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
