Promote operational discipline and teamwork A leading ceramic manufacturing company located in the municipality of Santa Catarina is seeking: **Production Supervisor** JOB OBJECTIVE * Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of departmental operations, guaranteeing compliance with company-established production schedules, quality standards, safety, order, and productivity. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise daily activities of operational staff in the department. * Verify adherence to the production schedule. * Ensure proper preparation, handling, and control of mixtures. * Monitor raw material consumption and minimize waste. * Verify in-process product quality parameters. * Coordinate startups, operational changes, and adjustments. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Identify operational deviations and implement corrective actions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the area. * Prepare production reports, incident reports, and downtime reports. * Train and follow up with operational staff. * Promote operational discipline and teamwork. * Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments. **Education** Preferred: * Industrial Engineering * Chemical Engineering * Materials Engineering * Industrial Technician or related field If interested, please send us your CV; we will contact you shortly.
