As a **Maintenance Coordinator**, we are seeking a candidate with the following characteristics: **Qualifications:** * Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic) * Minimum 4 years’ experience managing maintenance of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines * Intermediate English proficiency * Experience leading teams of 10–20 people * Familiarity with systems (SAP, ISO, WCM, and STPS legal requirements) **Experience:** * Desirable experience with presses or stamping machines ranging from 50 to 800 tons * In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electrical control, PLCs, safety systems, GD\&T * Proficiency in root cause analysis systems * Basic knowledge of WCM methodology, especially the PM Pillar * Proficiency in KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Down Time, Budget, Production Schedule Compliance, Personnel Performance) * Teamwork oriented * Safety focused * Personnel leadership * Stress management * Prior experience in the Preventive phase of WCM * Strategy for component inventory compliance and standardization, as well as cost reduction projects * BDG proficiency * PO and external supplier management We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all individuals, providing an accessible, welcoming, and inclusive workplace in compliance with legal obligations
