Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn student to support CNC machine operations, material preparation, basic programming, part inspection, and process documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in CNC machine operation and material preparation 2. Participation in basic programming and process documentation 3. Inspection of manufactured parts and work order tracking **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student (starting from 5th–6th semester) in: * Mechanical Engineering * Mechatronics * Manufacturing or related field * Basic knowledge of: * CNC machining (lathe and/or machining center) * Blueprint interpretation * Measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer) * Preferred: * CAD/CAM software proficiency (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Mastercam or similar) * Knowledge of materials and cutting tools * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn **Responsibilities:** * Support in CNC machine operation (lathe and/or milling machine) * Material and tool preparation * Support in basic programming (G\-code) *(based on skill level)* * Inspection of manufactured parts * Support in process documentation (process sheets, cycle times, etc.) * Work order tracking Salary: $3,000\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
