




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Assistant to provide user support and resolve technical issues for a confectionery distributor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment IT Support Assistant We are looking for an IT Support Assistant (Technician) with experience in end-user technical support (equipment functionality, Office applications, technical troubleshooting, database entry and updates) for a wholesale confectionery and candy distributor. This is an on-site position located at the Central de Abasto Iztapalapa offices. Requirements: Technical degree in IT support or computer systems, OR Recent graduate / Incomplete degree — Experience in end-user technical support Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) General responsibilities include: (Training will be provided) ✅ Provide technical support to internal customers (branches and administrative departments) via phone, email, or online chat. ✅ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. ✅ Install and configure software and operating systems. ✅ Conduct preventive maintenance on company equipment and software to avoid unexpected failures. ✅ Train team members and/or customers on the use of specific software or equipment. ✅ Implement security practices to protect company systems and customer data. ✅ Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and their status. ✅ Communicate with internal customers and other team members. We offer: $2,500 net per week $2,200 monthly productivity bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (paid Saturday shifts) Statutory benefits and free cafeteria service Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
