




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual with excellent service attitude to handle check-in/out activities, customer service, and reservation management at our hotel. Main Responsibilities: * Guest check-in and check-out * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Reservation management and customer follow-up * Billing, invoicing, and cash control * Support during audits and operational closings * Coordination with various departments of the hotel and restaurant Requirements: * Experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles * Basic/intermediate computer skills * Ability to quickly learn systems and platforms * Conversational English (mandatory) * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and multitasking ability * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with a weekday day off. * 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Schedules may be adjusted or varied according to operational needs and events. We primarily seek a responsible, solution-oriented individual with a positive attitude, capable of maintaining order and delivering quality customer service even during peak demand periods.
