Join our team as a Tax and Accounting Accountant. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education** * **Licensed Public Accountant** (mandatory). **Experience** * Minimum **5 to 10 years**. * Demonstrable experience in: * Accounting regularization. * Tax compliance. * Companies with administrative disorganization. * High cash handling volume. **Key Knowledge Areas** * SAT, ISR, IVA, withholding taxes. * IMSS (bases, contributions, and discrepancies). * Tax and bank reconciliations. * Actual accounting vs. “paper” accounting. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Execute the company’s accounting and tax regularization, ensuring that accounting accurately reflects actual operations, tax obligations are correctly calculated, declared, and paid, and complete and auditable documentary support exists, under the coordination of the Administrative Manager. **MEASURABLE RESPONSIBILITIES BY FUNCTION** **1. General Accounting** **Responsibility:** Ensure accounting is complete, accurate, and aligned with actual operations. **Mandatory Deliverables:** * Monthly cleaned-up accounting records. * Journal entries supported by complete documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts). * Functional and well-organized chart of accounts. **2. Tax Compliance and Reporting** **Responsibility:** Determine, validate, and correct actual tax obligations. **Mandatory Deliverables:** * Correct determination of: * ISR * IVA * Withholding taxes * IMSS * Accounting vs. tax reconciliation. * Evidence of filings and payments. **3. Document Control and Tax File Management** **Responsibility:** Build and maintain an organized and verifiable tax file. **Mandatory Deliverables:** * Organized tax file (digital or physical). * Supporting documentation for: * Invoicing * Payments * Tax filings * Relevant contracts **4. Reconciliations and Validations** **Responsibility:** Verify consistency among accounting, banking, and tax information. **Mandatory Deliverables:** * Bank reconciliations. * SAT vs. accounting reconciliation. * Payroll vs. IMSS reconciliation. **5.
