Due to growth, a leading company in the hardware industry is seeking: * **IUSA Product Specifier.** Position Objective: Achieve specification of products from a major hardware brand in construction and private/government projects, thereby contributing to profitability goals. **Requirements:** \+ Experience in specification work for private, industrial, and government construction projects. \+ Knowledge of product specification. **\+ Vehicle and laptop are mandatory. \+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+** **\+ Residence in Tuxtla Gtz \+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+** \+ Knowledge of hardware products (gas, water, electrical, PV, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Opportunity identification. * Prospecting and participation in tenders. * Site visits to projects. * Negotiation, updating, and maintenance of agreements. * Technical information facilitation. * Collaboration with local housing and construction chambers. * Attendance and participation in trade exhibitions. * Project reporting. * Monthly/Weekly work schedule. * Visit registration. * Agreement summaries. * Portfolio of developers, government offices, and industries. **We Offer:** * Attractive biweekly salary \+ guaranteed variable pay. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Direct employment contract with the company.
