**Plastic injection company in the Automotive sector** Invites you to join its great team as: INJECTION PROCESS ENGINEER **Requirements:** Minimum education: University degree * **INJECTION PROCESS ENGINEER** EDUCATION: TECHNICIAN OR ENGINEERING (INDUSTRIAL, PLASTICS, MECHANICAL, RELATED FIELDS) * REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS IN INJECTION PROCESSES AS TECHNICIAN, ENGINEER OR SUPERVISOR. * KNOWLEDGE: PLASTIC INJECTION, MOLDING PARAMETERS, BLUEPRINT INTERPRETATION, CORE TOOLS, SPC, 5S, LEAN. * EQUIPMENT HANDLING: INJECTION MACHINES, THERMOREGULATORS, DRYERS, 6-AXIS MANIPULATOR ROBOTS. * AVAILABILITY FOR SHIFT WORK, FIXED SHIFTS, WEEKENDS (ACCORDING TO PRODUCTION NEEDS). * EXPERIENCE IN HYDRAULICS, PNEUMATICS AND MOLD ASSEMBLY. * SOFTWARE: OFFICE, MES/ERP SYSTEMS, PARAMETER SHEETS. * ENGLISH: INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED. **We offer:** * Monthly salary from 30,000 to 35,000 pesos before taxes depending on experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation premium) * Economic days **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Supervise and coordinate injection area operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality, safety and line efficiency, as well as providing technical support for processes and participating in testing of new molds and projects through parameter adjustments, validations and technical improvements, contributing to achieving production targets and meeting requirements of the quality management system (IATF 16949 / ISO 14001\) and customer standards. THIS POSITION MUST ENSURE THE APPLICATION OF QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROCEDURES (IATF 16949, ISO 14001\) COORDINATION OF WORK TEAMS AND DECISION-MAKING ON THE FLOOR.
