JOB MISSION Ensure quality of fieldwork performed by company technicians, coordinating the efforts of subordinate personnel to achieve established objectives JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Ensure that crews under supervision carry out construction work according to specifications and required quality standards. Ensure that crews meet daily productivity requirements to achieve established objectives. Serve as the liaison between technical staff and management to ensure effective communication within the department. Convey management directives to subordinate personnel, and relay technicians’ feedback—including complaints, suggestions, ideas, etc.—to management. Receive construction projects assigned by the Construction Manager, assign them to technicians for execution, and provide appropriate project follow-up to ensure timely and proper completion. Supervise subordinate technicians, verifying proper performance of duties and correcting any deviations that may arise. Support subordinate technicians when they encounter problems or difficult situations, facilitating prompt resolution. Prepare necessary reports on activities conducted within the construction area. Receive activity reports from technicians and consolidate them to ensure work is executed on time and as planned. Compile all construction activity reports, ensuring alignment between reported activities and actual work performed. Verify that subordinate technicians possess appropriate equipment to perform their duties under optimal conditions.
