We are looking for a **Monitoring Supervisor** responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the operations of the monitoring center. The person in this role will ensure compliance with protocols, high-quality incident response, and proper operation of the monitoring team, guaranteeing operational continuity and security. **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in monitoring, operations control, security, or similar roles. * Previous supervisory experience (desirable). * Proficiency with monitoring systems, CCTV, GPS, or specialized software. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily activities of the monitoring staff. * Ensure adherence to operational procedures, protocols, and internal policies. * Monitor in real time security systems, CCTV, alarms, GPS, or other platforms according to operations. * Analyze incidents and coordinate timely responses based on their criticality. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance and incidents. * Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to the monitoring team. * Maintain constant communication with internal departments, clients, or suppliers as needed. * Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize monitoring center processes.
