Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Officer / Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Leader to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in the metal-mechanical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff training in safety, health, and environment **SAFETY OFFICER / SAFETY, HYGIENE AND ENVIRONMENT ENGINEER** **Publication Date:** 14/01/2026 **Salary** **$23,000 gross monthly (negotiable)** **Job Description** A company in the **metal-mechanical** sector is seeking a **Safety Officer / Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Leader**. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related degree (completed). **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Hazard identification and risk management. * Compliance with and monitoring of STPS regulations. * Internal safety and hygiene audits. * Staff training on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Planning and implementation of safety and health programs. * Management of documentation and evidence for inspections. * Enforcement of PPE standards. * Ensure legal compliance in safety matters. **Requirements** * Age: 25–35 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience in the **metal-mechanical sector** * Proficiency in: * DC\-3 (preferably first aid) * PROCADIST * STPS regulations * OSHA * Immediate availability **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$23,000 (negotiable)** * Direct employment contract * Position type: Full-time * Work location: **Ajusco 208, Col.
