Responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of hotel guests, staff, and property. Duties include monitoring facilities, preventing incidents, and responding swiftly and effectively to emergencies, thereby ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for all. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor hotel facilities to prevent incidents and ensure safety. * Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols in both indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel. * Respond to emergency situations—such as evacuations, medical incidents, or conflicts—in accordance with established protocols. * Control access for people and vehicles to the hotel, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. * Conduct periodic rounds throughout all hotel areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. * Report and document any incidents or irregularities occurring within the hotel. * Coordinate with other staff members and hotel departments to address security-related situations. * Ensure that all staff and guests comply with safety, emergency, and health protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of security experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or similar field. * Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and security protocols. * Observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Certification in security and first aid (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and development within the hotel. * A professional and dynamic work environment.
