Job Summary: We are seeking a Tractor-Trailer Operator Trainer to deliver technical and hands-on training sessions, evaluating and correcting driving habits to ensure efficient vehicle operation. Accompanying operators during road tests to collect real-world performance data A leading company in tractor-trailer sales across the Bajío region—experiencing growth—is seeking a **Tractor-Trailer Operator Trainer**. * Education: Technical High School Diploma or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or related field. * Experience: 3 years as a tractor-trailer operator, instructor, or heavy-vehicle driving evaluator. * Valid Federal Driver’s License Type “B” or “E”. * **We provide training on our brand and our vehicles.** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver classroom-based technical training on SITRAK unit operation, preventive maintenance, and specifications. * Conduct practical driving sessions with customer operators until correct and efficient driving is achieved. * Evaluate performance, correct inappropriate driving habits, and reinforce critical operational points. * Accompany operators during loaded trailer (FULL) road tests to obtain real-world performance data. * Install GPS devices on new units prior to customer delivery. * Move units within the branch or workshop for washing, inspection, or service testing. * Ensure units are delivered in optimal condition with proper documentation. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday and half-day Saturday. * Salary: Based on experience. * 100% statutory benefits. * Ongoing training opportunities. **Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** * Savings fund: 2%. * Grocery vouchers: 10%. * Subsidized cafeteria: $40\. * Life insurance (starting from the 3rd month). * Career development opportunities.
