




Logistics and operations City: GUANAJUATO Publication date: Oct 30, 2025 Working hours: 14:00 to 20:00 hrs, resting on Saturday Description: Position objective Ensure the achievement of quality and service indicators in the operation of the Operating Center, including volume units, through timely equipment delivery for outbound route departures at agreed times, yard control and management, in order to meet the profitability goals set by the company and satisfy customer needs at the lowest possible cost. Job functions or activities. * Supervise the operations of assistants and operators under your charge by implementing operational cycles, to meet internal customer cargo delivery commitments such as plazas, operating centers, air stations, and operating centers. * Manage logistics for domestic and cross-border routes using route matrices containing data, distances, schedules, and project operational costs to strengthen projects and improve their operational profitability. * Coordinate operator reimbursements and schedule minor purchases through established SAP transactions so the plaza can pay its reimbursements and maintain full cash funds. * Monitor and control the Operating Center's key performance indicators by reviewing results and established targets to increase compliance levels in guarantees. * Develop contingency plans through creative and agile analysis of the logistics network to minimize operational impacts at the Exchange Center. * Supervise that the plaza’s staffing levels are adequately covered by analyzing route utilization, timeframes, and work orders to ensure operational continuity and indicator compliance.
