Main Responsibilities * Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1. Verify that all routes leaving/arriving at the COP report the same number of items entering/exiting, whether collected, delivered, or both, and ensure the operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. To prevent item theft. * Obtain information on items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliations. Identify each waybill with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the item. To ensure all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. * Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending departure to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. * Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. * Report reconciliation results for TR1 and TR2, and fuel performance audits to the Supervisor. Document and send the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes involved to prevent recurrence.
