We are seeking to add an organized, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude to support our company's administrative and operational management. **Responsibilities** * Attend to clients visiting the office. * Handle phone calls, emails, and messages from clients, suppliers, and collaborators. * Manage schedules, appointments, and project follow-ups. * Prepare and track quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing. * Perform basic administrative tasks. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration, accounting, secretarial studies, or related field.
