Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Resident, Civil Engineer or Architect, to supervise and manage construction projects with precision and efficiency in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Precise supervision and management of construction projects. 2. Coordination of work teams and subcontractors to ensure quality. 3. Resolution of technical and managerial issues on-site. We are looking for a Construction Site Resident, Civil Engineer or Architect, with experience in comprehensive civil works, structural steel, and rolling projects within an industrial setting. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Neodata is required. We seek a professional capable of supervising and managing construction projects with precision and efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various work teams and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all work complies with established quality standards. Prior experience in construction site supervision is required, along with knowledge of construction codes and regulations, and the ability to resolve technical and managerial issues on-site. The candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making capabilities. This is an on-site position; therefore, the candidate is expected to be regularly available at the construction site.
