Join us to make your contribution. **Your impact** * Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs. * Maintain uptime of critical production equipment such as robotics, CNC machines, PLCs, conveyors, and hydraulics/pneumatics. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly to minimize downtime. * Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building maintenance. **Your Experience and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Facilities Management preferred. * 5\+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. * Experience managing both equipment maintenance and facility operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting. * English and Spanish \- Fluency in conversation. **Your Benefits** * Major Medical Expense Plan and Life Insurance. * Food vouchers and Savings Fund. * On\-site Cafeteria Service. * Professional development through training and learning opportunities within the organization. * Work\-life balance thanks to flexible working hours.
