Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the receiving, sorting, and registration of medical instruments, ensuring proper storage and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and verification of medical products 2. Sorting of surgical instruments according to specifications 3. Inventory registration and control—both physical and system-based A specialized medical instrument company, currently expanding, is seeking: **Warehouse Assistant** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving products through physical verification versus documentation, as well as validating their physical condition to authorize receipt. * Sorting surgical instruments and medical equipment according to delivery specifications and customer type. * Accurate recording of material inflows and outflows—both physically and in the system (item code, product type, prices). * Conducting cyclical inventories and properly organizing merchandise. * Managing the return of surgical instruments and medical equipment based on outgoing records and equipment used. * Maintaining materials and equipment in good condition. * Preparing reports and recording KPIs. * Adherence to and compliance with Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) and applicable Good Practices for the storage and preparation of medical products. * Adherence to and compliance with internal and external audits related to this department. * Meeting departmental objectives and indicators, and contributing to achieving indicators across other departments. **Additional Benefits and Perks** Monday to Friday (some weekends); rotating schedule (two shifts) Full-time Statutory benefits Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Experience: * Warehouse assistant: 1 year (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
