Job Summary:
Coordinate and monitor transportation logistics, including pickups, documentation, border crossings, transshipments, and delivery appointments, and develop KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integrated coordination of transportation and delivery logistics
2. Tracking and scheduling of pickups with carriers
3. Development of KPIs for performance monitoring
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Intern or graduate (preferred)
* English Level: B1/B2 (mandatory)
* No restrictions on commuting to the work area (personal vehicle preferred)
* Experience: Knowledge of logistics, transportation management and tracking; familiarity with carrier interactions
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Schedule and monitor the daily pickup plan with carriers
* Track the preparation of required documentation for imports and exports
* Coordinate border crossings and transshipments to ensure on-time deliveries at final destinations
* Monitor adherence to delivery appointments at the client’s various PDCs with carriers
* Develop and present KPIs
