REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields** is mandatory. * **Age: 27 years and older.** * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Knowledge of regulations and requirements related to civil protection, operating licenses, building maintenance, electricity, plumbing, etc. * Skills in strategic planning, budget management, supplier relations, personnel management, etc. * Ability to drive standard or automatic vehicles and possession of a valid driver’s license. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inventory control of institutional assets, income, and expenses. * Supervise cleaning across all institutional locations. * Develop work plans (annual and at specific intervals). * Supervise the quality of campus infrastructure, including technological components. * Manage equipment and supply inventories across the entire campus. * Supervise space request submissions made by staff members. * Liaise with various campus suppliers. * Supervise the work performed by campus cleaning, maintenance, and security teams. * Identify potential operational risks and intervene to resolve them. * Other duties as assigned.
